When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Why was my order cancelled?

In the event your order was unexpectedly canceled, it is possible that our fraud detection system flagged it as a potential security concern. If you are confident that this is not the case, we recommend placing a new order using a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily create one by visiting www.Paypal.com.

Will i be responsible for international taxes and duties?

Your order could potentially incur import duties and taxes, which are imposed upon the arrival of a shipment in your country. Typically, the duties and taxes amount to approximately 20% of the merchandise's dollar value. However, please note that this is a general estimate and may differ based on the destination country. For precise figures and percentages, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office.

AURA does not have influence over, nor is accountable for any customs duties or taxes imposed on your package. It is your responsibility to cover any additional fees related to customs clearance. Customs regulations vary widely from one country to another, so we advise you to contact your local customs office for detailed information. Please be aware that in rare instances, customs agents may occasionally cause delays in the delivery of certain packages.

I need to change something on my order. How can i do that?

Should you require modifications or wish to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us without delay. Once your order has undergone processing at our warehouse, we will be unable to make any changes.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Any new product can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery. (Subject to handling fees). We offer easy returns for all domestic and international orders for items placed on aura.watch. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. For warranty claims or parts replacement, please get in touch with us at help@aura.watch, as the process will be different.

How do I return a product?

To initiate the return process, please first locate your order number.

Once you have found your order number, click HERE to begin processing your return.

After obtaining your return label, affix it securely to your return package. Whenever possible, utilize the original shipping materials in which your order was delivered. Remove any previous labels and firmly attach the new shipping label to your package. You can then drop off your package at any facility specified by the carrier as indicated on your label.

Please Note:

  1. Ensure that you are returning only the item(s) listed on your return label, as any additional item(s) may not be processed correctly if not included in the return request.
  2. Select the appropriate reason for your return from the dropdown menu to ensure a proper processing of your return.
  3. Please allow up to 10 business days from the day your item is delivered to our warehouse for processing.
  4. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment used.

Price Adjustments

Do you offer price adjustments?

Please be advised that our policy regarding retroactive discounts or price adjustments stipulates a timeframe of 7 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, beyond this period, we are unable to accommodate such requests. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Is there a warranty?

AURA offers a limited warranty that safeguards against manufacturer's defects for a duration of two years from the original purchase date through our website. In essence, if the watch's components or mechanics malfunction due to our error, we will repair or replace your product at no cost. It's important to note that this warranty does not extend to any misuse or mistreatment the watch may endure. Excluded from the warranty are instances of water damage, regular wear and tear, battery replacements, accidental glass breakage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.

For all warranty claims and service requests, it is essential to provide proof of purchase, so please retain your order number.

What type of glass is used?

Our watches have sapphire crystals front facing, with mineral glass crystals in back for applicable models.

What type of battery is used?

All of our watches have automatic kinetic movements that do not require batteries to operate.

Are AURA Watches waterproof?

Our watches are not waterproof, and should not be treated as such. However, all of our models are rated with water resistance up to 5ATM.

What type of movements are used?

Our watches have quality automatic kinetic movements sourced from multiple manufacturers dependent on model. All specs for specific models list movement details.
