Nevertheless, we advise consulting a professional to ensure the safe installation of your new band and to prevent any potential damages. AURA watches cannot be held liable for any scratches, broken spring bars, or damage to the band caused by any party attempting to change the strap. Therefore, exchanges or returns will not be accepted under these circumstances.

We cover any manufacturer defects of the watch movement for up to 2 years from the time of purchase. If your watch stops working or has any issues within the warranty period, we will service it at no charge. Learn more here.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $200. International shipping starts at $30. Returns are accepted at a small rate (depending on location) for both our US and International customers.
